Treats Made the Way They Should Be.
A few years ago, I went looking for dog treats I could actually feel good about giving Georgie and Gracie — my two Basset Hounds and the world's most enthusiastic food critics.
I read the labels. I put the bags back. Nothing felt right. So I started baking my own.
What began in my home kitchen has grown into Hound Dog Bakery — a small-batch dog treat bakery making real food for real dogs. Every treat is handmade by me, with organic ingredients, simple recipes, and a whole lot of love.

Every recipe at Hound Dog Bakery goes through one final, very serious quality check: the Basset Hound Test. If Georgie and Gracie don't approve it, it doesn't make the cut.

We bake online and ship nationwide, but our roots are at our local farmers markets. Come visit — treats are always cheaper in person, and Georgie & Gracie sometimes make appearances.
